Do you empty the basement and the garage?

Yes, we handle every part of the home. We highly recommend boxing all loose items in the garage and basement prior to moving day to speed up the loading process dramatically.

Can you leave my clothes in the wardrobe boxes?

We provide specialized wardrobe boxes on the day of the move to transport hanging clothes quickly without crushing them. If you purchased the boxes, you keep them; if they were loaners, we unpack them directly into your new closet.

What if it rains or snows heavily on moving day?

We move in all weather. We significantly increase our use of thick floor runners to protect against mud and snow, and we shrink-wrap sensitive furniture over the blankets to repel rain while walking to the truck.
